Miva Dental recognises and guarantees the following rights for every patient.
Right to Information
Every patient has the right to receive complete information about their diagnosis, treatment options, risks and procedures in plain language.
Right to Informed Consent
Your explicit consent is obtained before any treatment begins. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Right to Confidentiality
Your health information and personal data are kept confidential, protected under GDPR/KVKK and not shared with third parties without consent.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Every patient has the right to decline a proposed treatment. This does not affect access to other services.
Right to a Second Opinion
Every patient has the right to seek a second medical opinion. Miva Dental fully supports this right.
Right to Dignity
All patients are treated equally and with respect, regardless of language, religion, ethnicity or nationality.

These rights are guaranteed under the Turkish Ministry of Health Patient Rights Regulation.
